WebThis is probably because your devices are still connected to your hub (router) wi-fi. Just remember on your devices to ‘forget this network’ for your hub (router) and then make sure you're connected to your Whole Home Wi-Fi network. You may want to consider turning off your hub (router) wi-fi network.

What about plugging the cable into a different port on the router? It could be that the NIC is experiencing "collisions" as data is being interfered with by another network device.
