Prices now range +/- 100%, instead of 50%. Prices now reach their min or max price when the difference betw. WebGo to the Victoria II files. Go to History. Go to Provinces. Select the province you want. Here says good = grain (for example) so if you want to change it just type good = coal and it changes to coal when you start a new game. (Doesnt work on already started games)
